The main advantage of Utasiówka is its location in the heart of the forest (in Puszcza Napiwodzko-Ramucka), where you will find peace, quiet and harmony, which gives you unlimited possibilities for active leisure time all year round!

RELAX

For those who prefer a gentle pace, our garden, hammocks, deckchairs or terrace with a direct view of the forest will provide the opportunity to relax, enjoy morning coffee, an evening family barbecue or soothing yoga or meditation.

In the evenings, you can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, or spend time by the fireplace playing board games together, of which there is no shortage for both children and adults, or reading for those who prefer to read a little.

ENERGY

You will find here charming paths that will inspire you to take long walks and relax, bicycle trails suitable for all abilities, and for sports enthusiasts it is a great area for running, Nordic walking, and - in winter - cross-country skiing.

About 1.5 km from the house there is a beautiful and wild lake Kośno (Kośno Lake Nature Reserve), which can be reached by a picturesque road through the forest. Covered by a silence zone, it allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature, bathe throughout the year (hot or cold weather!), and kayak. An interesting cycling and walking trail runs around the lake.

On site, you will find bicycles (3) and kayaks (1 x 2-person, 1 x 3-person). Of course, bicycle helmets and vests are also available.

We haven't forgotten about mushroom lovers! Just leave the house and they fall into the basket

For those who like to spend their time actively, we have prepared plenty of attractions:

Kayaks – 2-person and 3-person kayaks with life jackets.
Bikes – 3 bikes ready for longer trips and helmets for safety.
Nordic walking – poles available for lovers of energetic walks.
Jogging and walking – ideal routes among the Masurian forests.
Mushroom picking – autumn expeditions for the aromatic gifts of nature.
Boules and badminton – active afternoons in the fresh air.
Fitness – free weights, resistance bands and an exercise mat are available on site.
Fishing – fishing in nearby lakes. You must bring your own rod and hook – unfortunately, the fish do not lend equipment!

ATTRACTIONS FOR EXPLORERS

And for those who are close to history and constantly learning about it, a visit to Pasym, Szczytno or Olsztyn will certainly provide new interesting discoveries.

Olsztyn – the historic old town and the Awangarda cinema for movie buffs. Pasym and Szczytno – charming towns full of history.

ATTRACTIONS FOR THE LITTLE ONES

This is a perfect place for families with children of all ages, as well as their four-legged friends, whom we are happy to welcome!

The biggest attraction here is the nature of the Napiwodzko-Ramudzka Forest, which never lets you get bored. The forest, the wild lake, children usually only need a vivid imagination to complete the set, and they can never complain about it. You can spend whole days here in the fresh air, surrounded by singing birds and mischievous squirrels.

With your parents, you can go on hikes, bike rides or kayaking, which are waiting for you. And on cloudy days, there are plenty of games for both younger and older children, both board and skill games!

Small children will not get lost while playing around the house, because our entire, large plot is fenced.
